Job Description
Responsibilities:
· Conduct a thorough technical review and select appropriate fluid handling systems to meet client specifications outlined in the Request for Quote (RFQ).
· Prepare comprehensive quotations for submission.
· Collaborate directly with represented manufacturers (Graco, Nordson, Global Finishing) to obtain technical information, project pricing, and special requirements.
· Ensure all quotations and orders are prepared and submitted according to schedule commitments.
· Upon receipt of purchase orders, complete the project charter and hand it over to the projects team for successful execution.
· Prepare the final document package upon project completion.
Requirements:
· Post-secondary education in a technical mechanical discipline.
· Certified engineering technologist (CET) designation, or a combination of relevant education and experience in the mechanical industry, particularly with a focus on Finishing Systems.
· Strong communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
· Proficient in written communication for effective correspondence with customers.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and experience in dealing with ERP systems (e.g., SAP NetSuite – Oracle).
