Approved Auto Group is launching a new division: "Drive Growth A.I Consulting". This new division is a leading provider of innovative CRM solutions powered by artificial intelligence. Our cutting-edge software empowers businesses to streamline their sales processes, enhance customer relationships, and drive growth using new technologies and Artificial Intelligence . As we continue to expand our client base, we are seeking a talented and motivated Sales Representative to join our remote team.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound sales calls and emails to prospects, effectively communicating the value proposition of our SAAS software CRM program.
  • Identify and qualify leads, understanding their specific business needs and challenges.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement targeted sales strategies and campaigns.
  • Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and market developments to effectively position our solution in the marketplace.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas on a consistent basis.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in selling SAAS software or CRM solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively articulate complex concepts to prospects.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on driving results and achieving sales targets.
  • Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $36,463.46-$122,790.97 per year

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week

  • French not required

Schedule:

  • 4 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • Call center: 1 year (preferred)
  • sales: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Whitby, ON L1N 2K7

Expected start date: 2024-05-01
