Our Sales division is currently seeking an Sales Development Representative Manager for a permanent position.
Position Overview:
As the SDR Leader, you will be responsible for leading our team of Sales Development Representatives in generating new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients. Your role is vital in shaping our sales strategy, optimizing lead generation processes, and cultivating a high-performing team culture that aligns with our core values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of SDRs to ensure they meet and exceed performance targets. Create a collaborative environment that emphasizes our commitment as a People’s Company, promoting teamwork and individual growth.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement effective outreach strategies to identify and qualify leads, focusing on key industries and markets for accounts payable automation solutions. Ensure these strategies align with our Customer-Centric Ambition, addressing the specific needs and challenges of our prospects.
- Pipeline Development: Oversee the lead generation process, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales funnel. Analyze pipeline metrics and adjust strategies as needed, maintaining our commitment to Integrity in all sales dealings.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align messaging, campaigns, and promotional efforts. This collaboration is essential for ensuring a cohesive approach to lead generation and reinforcing our customer-centric approach.
- Performance Tracking: Establish and monitor KPIs for the SDR team, providing regular performance reports and constructive feedback. Utilize data-driven insights to improve processes and drive results, always striving for Excellence in our performance.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, leveraging insights to refine lead generation strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.
- Industry Insight: Being attuned to industry trends and best practices, build out processes, systems, and procedures for the SDR Orangization.
- Training and Development: Continuously enhance the skills and knowledge of the BDR team through ongoing training, workshops, and one-on-one coaching, supporting our core value of being a People’s Company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in sales or business development, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and developing a high-performing sales team.
- Strong understanding of accounts payable processes and automation solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales enablement tools.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and make informed decisions.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
