Job Title: Experienced Sales Representative - Windows & Doors

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, with at least two years of experience, specifically in the window and door industry. This role requires an individual who can effectively communicate the value of our products to potential customers and close sales deals. Fluency in both English and Spanish is essential for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation and Customer Engagement: Identify and engage with potential customers, especially within English and Spanish-speaking markets. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide customized solutions.

- Product Knowledge and Presentation: Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our window and door products. Conduct presentations in both English and Spanish to showcase product features and benefits to clients.

- Sales Targets and Reporting: Achieve and surpass monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.

- Customer Service and Follow-Up: Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up in both English and Spanish to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.

- Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to effectively position our products in both English and Spanish-speaking markets.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to develop sales strategies and promotional materials targeted at diverse demographics.

Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the window and door industry.

- Fluency in English and Spanish is preferred.

- Strong communication and negotiation skills.

- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- A self-starter with excellent time management skills.

- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the sales territory.

Compensation:

Base Salary: $2,500 per month.

Attractive commission structure based on sales performance.

Additional benefits including sales incentives.
