Duties
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the market to drive growth.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective customer relationship management.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with prospective clients to secure profitable deals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitive landscape.
- Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, showcasing our services and solutions.
- Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring timely delivery of services.
Requirements
- The Ideal candidate will bring 6+ years of experience. They will have a proven Success selling to the C-Level and VP level.
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong understanding of customer relationship management principles.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
