Medical Sales Representative

Our client, a leading distributor in the medical supplies field, is looking to add ROCKSTARS to their sales team as they rapidly expand their reach to clients across North America. Our client is in a stage of rapid growth, and is securing new contracts on a consistent basis with healthcare providers, hospitals, and other medical facilities to inorder to supply personal protective equipment (PPE), gloves, sanitizers, wall mounts, and other medical supplies.

In this role, the selected Medical Sales Representative will be responsible for facilitating large contract orders ranging from $25,000 - $1,000,000+.

As a Medical Sales Representative, your responsibilities would be to:

Develop and nurture relationships with both local and international healthcare providers to establish recurring relationships
Identify strategic markets and opportunities to pursue for the organization
Work alongside the marketing team in order to strategically plan opportunities
Have a thorough understanding of the company’s existing product lines in order to cross sell and up-sell additional products or services
Provide regular updates and work alongside management through presentations, Zoom calls, etc.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and trends emerging within the industry
Utilize the company CRM, and sales pipelines in order to facilitate the deals

Must have excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
A constant desire to learn more information, such as research in order to gather greater industry information, and research into potential clients in order to identify potential additional opportunities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
A strong customer service and sales oriented outlook
