Equipment for this position is required. Must be MacBook or Windows 10 or higher Operating System. You must have a WebCam, Headset, and High Speed Internet.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Answers phones and speak with customers in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Applies the SSG sales process to all calls; pitches cross sells, add-on services when applicable.
  • Handles every phone call with integrity and honesty.
  • Responsible for having a clear understanding and knowledge of client's products and services.
  • No Sales experience is required.
  • Ability to pay attention to detail for accurate record keeping and order taking.
  • Ability to persuade and overcome objections with the intent of closing sales.

Candidate Qualifications:

  • High School or GED Diploma (Required)
  • Must have at least 1 year of Customer Service/Sales Call Center experience (Preferred)
  • Excellent written communication skills; attention to detail, data accuracy, and speed.
  • Ability to navigate multiple technology systems, and multitask.
  • Interpreting data and questions to create first contact resolution.
  • Adaptability in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Must have excellent grammar, punctuality, speed, and the ability to thrive in a complex organization.
  • Must be able to think proactively and collaborate effectively.
  • Must be willing to submit/pass background checks.
  • Work From Home

  • This is a Part-Time position but training is full-time from 9am EST to 5:30pm EST for 2 weeks, are you able to commit to the training schedule?

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)
