Overview Arcem Entry Systems is on the lookout for an energetic and dedicated Business Development Representative to join our expanding team. This role is all about growth - growing our client base, growing our sales, and growing our presence in the market. We're looking for someone who can spot a new opportunity a mile away and isn’t afraid to chase it down.

Key Responsibilities

1. New Business Hunting: o Sniff out and pursue new business opportunities like a bloodhound. o Strategize and execute plans to break into new markets or client sectors.

2. Building and Nurturing Relationships: o Be the face of Arcem Entry, forging strong relationships across the business landscape. o Represent us at industry events – shake hands, make connections, and open doors.

3. Deal Closing: o Bring home the bacon – present, negotiate, and seal the deal. o Coordinate with internal teams to make sure we deliver what we promise.

4. Market Savvy: o Keep an ear to the ground on market trends and competitor moves. o Regularly bring market insights to the team to help us stay ahead of the curve.

5. CRM Wizardry: o Keep our CRM packed with fresh info and insights. o Use CRM data to plan your attack and track your victories.

Required Skills and Qualifications  Solid track record in sales, business development, or a similar role.  A natural at communication, with top-notch interpersonal skills to boot.  A knack for negotiation – you know how to make both sides feel like winners.  Organized and strategic – you plan your work and work your plan.  Comfortable with CRM software and not allergic to technology.  Self-driven with a passion for success – you don’t wait for opportunities, you create them.  Ready to hit the ground running in a fast-paced, energetic environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $130,000.00 per year
