Outside Sales Representative Lowcountry Crawlspace and Foundation Repair
Location: Home-based/Telecommute (with local travel to appointments)

What Youll Do:
- Conduct on-site consultations with homeowners at scheduled appointments.
- Diagnose foundation and crawlspace issues, providing detailed assessments of necessary repairs and solutions.
- Present and explain our products and services, answering questions and overcoming objections to secure sales.
- Follow up on leads, maintain detailed records, and provide excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Work independently, but remain supported by a collaborative team that includes our experienced sales leadership, installation crews, and customer service staff.
What Were Looking For:
- Sales experience in home services, construction, or related fields is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication skillsthe ability to connect with homeowners and explain technical issues in an easy-to-understand way.
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule and sales pipeline.
- Problem-solving skillsyoull need to diagnose issues and recommend the best possible solutions for the customer.

- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

What We Need for This Role:
- 1+ years of experience in residential real estate, home inspection, home improvement, or a similar field preferred.
- 1+ years of Outside Sales experience is preferred.
- Some construction experience is a plus.
- Comfortable entering crawlspaces underneath homes and performing physical tasks such as kneeling, crawling, and walking.
- Strong communication and sales skillsable to listen, close sales, and follow up effectively.
- Willingness to travel within a 3-hour radius of the main office, with occasional overnight trips.
- A reliable personal vehicle, and cell phone.
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
