Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Pharmacy Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with pharmacies to drive sales of our diabetic supplies and test strips. The Pharmacy Sales Representative will play a key role in expanding our market presence and meeting sales targets within the pharmacy sector. This job has a starting base rate and after the first month you still earn a sizable commission based on your sales made. This position has very high earning potential due to our commission structure
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and target pharmacies within assigned territory to promote our products and services.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy decision-makers, including pharmacists and purchasing managers.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our diabetic supplies and test strips.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to pharmacies, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate sales efforts and maximize opportunities for growth.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including sales forecasts, activity reports, and pipeline updates.
Qualifications:
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with pharmacy professionals.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on closing sales and driving revenue.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within assigned territory as needed.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in pharmacy sales or healthcare sales is preferred.
- Knowledge of diabetic supplies and test strips is a plus.
- Availability to attend industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events as required.
