As we continue to grow, we are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Representative to join our team.

Position Overview:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in driving new business, maintaining existing client relationships, and promoting our diverse range of electronic manufacturing services. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, self-driven, and has a strong background in sales within the electronics or manufacturing industry. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the electronics manufacturing sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Present and demonstrate our products to potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Negotiate pricing and contract terms with clients.
  • Provide accurate and timely sales reports to management.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events to network and represent the company as required.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Electronics, or a related field (preferred).
  • 3+ years of sales experience, preferably in the electronics or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of electronic products, components, and manufacturing processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Self-motivated, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
