BDC INTERNET SALES CONSULTANT
Are you looking to build a career in the Automotive Industry? Our BDC team is responsible for establishing and maintaining a premium, high line customer experience for our clients. You will play the crucial role of being the voice of Zimbrick Sales through exemplary customer contact. Mastering your personal communication skills is the goal of every member of our team.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Reply to all internet inquiries within established time frames.
Reply to questions pertaining to new and pre-owned vehicles, trade-ins and promotions.
Schedule Appointments for our in store sales staff.
Communicate effectively with clients and prospects according to their preferred method of contact.
Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories.
Complete product and sales training as required.
Master written and verbal communication.
Deliver an Outstanding Customer Experience
