Job Overview:
We're on the lookout for a seasoned Director of Operations to oversee our property management operations. The successful candidate will create a raving customer experience, inspire and lead team performance, drive leasing innovation, and own customer success. Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement innovative business operations plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
2. Oversee department performance and operations to create fantastic customer service.
3. Oversee client relationships and property leasing for a diverse portfolio of properties.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, customers, and key stakeholders.
5. Collaborate with internal teams to create, analyze, and deliver compelling results.
6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitive activities.
7. Lead all leasing and customer service operations for our organization.
Qualifications:
1. 3-5 years of proven experience in management and operations.
2. Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field a plus
3. Robust knowledge of management and operations
4. Ability to establish self as an industry expert.
5. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
6. Unmatched organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
7. Innovative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
8. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proven track record of meeting and exceeding performance metrics.
