Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Counter Sales Representative to join our team. As a Counter Sales Representative, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them in finding the products they need
- Provide product information and answer any questions or concerns
- Handle cash/credit transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized sales counter area
- Process returns and exchanges in accordance with company policies
- Stay updated on new products, promotions, and industry trends
Experience:
- Knowledge in oils/lubes/batteries helpful, but not required
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and basic retail math
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service and build rapport with customers
