Position Overview: We are hiring for the position of a Full-Time Insurance Sales Representative. No prior insurance experience is required. We believe in nurturing talent and providing extensive training and licensing to equip our sales reps with the skills needed to succeed. As an Insurance Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling the needs for our customers through the array of insurance products we offer.
Responsibilities:
- Reach out to prospects through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings, to generate new leads.
- 50-70 daily outbound calls.
- Conduct comprehensive needs analysis and present suitable insurance solutions to customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their insurance needs are met.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide accurate and relevant information to customers.
- Collaborate with team members and management to develop sales strategies and improve overall performance.
- Maintain accurate records/notes of customer interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and goal-driven individual with a passion for sales.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bi-lingual Spanish
- Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients.
- Positive attitude and ability to handle rejection.
- Proficient in basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
