We provide e-commerce fulfillment services to high end beauty and skincare companies, working closely with C-level executives and entrepreneurs.

You’re able to nurture and grow client relationships successfully, with a strong record of client retention. You are analytical and a strong communicator, with great organizational + time management skills.
What You’ll Do:
The Client Relationship Manager will report to the Vice President of Business Development and will have a number of important responsibilities, including:
- Building rapport and maintaining strong, trusting relationships with clients.
- Partnering with clients on shipping methods and custom packaging solutions
- Understanding the client’s goals and holding frequent calls to stay abreast of growth plans and projections
- Working closely with operations and customer service to resolve client issues quickly and successfully.
- Inform clients of new products and offerings available
- Assisting in client contract renewals and revisions.
- Attending networking events and conferences
- Working on-site 5 days a week (in North Brunswick, NJ)
What You Bring:
- 3-5 + years’ experience as a relationship manager
- The ability to travel. Most of our clients are located in NYC, however some clients are located around the country and we encourage in-person visits with them (about 25% of the time.)
- Experience with contract negotiation
- Must be a team player with a positive attitude
- Possess a customer-oriented mindset.
- Project management skills are a plus
- Familiar with creating and working with charts and graphs in Excel and PowerPoint, and eager to learn new skillsets.
