Schlessinger MD is searching for a driven, friendly sales professional to join our thriving cosmetic dermatology practice. Our award-winning clinic offers a wide range of cosmetic procedures including injections, laser therapies, fillers, non-invasive treatments and liposuction. In this role you will...
Promote and coordinate cosmetic treatments through patient consultation. Ideal candidates will be focused on selling through a consultative approach, following up on patient inquiries, creating monthly marketing plans and other sales-related functions.
- Work closely with Dr. Schlessinger throughout the patient visit, including initial consultations, procedures and follow-ups
- Conduct effective and informative consultations in order to determine goals, educate, and set realistic expectations
- Prioritize patient experience to ensure a personal and engaging visit
- Assist prospective patients in making comfortable and confident decisions to select procedures and products
- Respond to patient calls and emails promptly
- Interact regularly with patients to ensure service/product satisfaction
- Establish a strong relationship and rapport with each patient
- Collaborate with medical staff (Front Desk, RN’s, physicians)
- Build patient files and track all documentation in our Electronic Medical Record system
Location: Onsite-Omaha, Nebraska
Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt
Schedule: Monday-Thursday 8:30am-5:00pm
We are looking for someone with:
- 2-3 years sales experience in luxury retail sales or high-end services
- Aesthetician license, R.N. license or relevant experience working in a dermatology focused environment highly preferred
- Exceptional people skills with the ability to connect and build lasting relationships
- Strong communication skills
- Multitasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
