Sales Associate – Quartz and Marble CompanyOverview

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our dynamic team at Radiant Surfaces. As a Sales Associate, you will play a vital role in driving sales, engaging with fabricators, and promoting our premium collection of quartz, marble, granite, and quartzite. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, enjoys building client relationships, and is passionate about high-quality surfaces.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Engage with fabricators and potential clients to promote our product lines.
  • Identify and connect with fabricators, builders, and distributors to grow our customer base.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and offering product solutions.
  • Operate the CRM system to manage customer information and track sales activity effectively.
  • Meet sales goals through proactive outreach and upselling techniques.
  • Maintain product knowledge to confidently present and explain our materials to customers.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse team to ensure product availability and timely deliveries.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company.
  • Conduct regular follow-ups with clients to nurture long-term relationships.
  • Prepare and send quotes, track payments, and follow up on invoices with customers.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer experience.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Previous experience in B2B sales, building materials, or related industries is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Knowledge of quartz, marble, granite, or construction materials is a plus.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with POS or CRM systems is advantageous.
  • A proactive attitude toward meeting sales goals and developing new business.
  • Willingness to travel locally to meet clients and fabricators.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Compensation Package:

  • Commission pay
  • Uncapped commission

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift

Ability to Relocate:

  • Elk Grove Village, IL 60007: Relocate before starting work (Required)
