Join us in shaping the future of energy! As part of the Shell account team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering more value with less emissions, aligning with Shell's four-part Powering Progress strategy: generating shareholder value, achieving net-zero emissions, powering lives, and respecting nature. You'll be part of a dynamic, global team consisting of 20 different nationalities, working together to drive innovation and sustainability. Your contributions will help us lead the way in transforming the energy landscape, making a real impact on Shell and therefore the world.


As a Strategic Account Executive, you'll lead the charge in orchestrating new business and operations alongside our dedicated customer success team in th United States. We will unite globally as One Microsoft across all solution areas, but you will be responsible for leading one end-to-end. Houston's strategic location offers unparalleled insights into Shell’s Upstream business. You'll collaborate with a counterparts in for example Malaysia and Bengaluru and receive support from our Global Technology Strategists bases out of Singapore and The Netherlands, ensuring you have all the tools to drive success.

Qualifications

Qualifications
Required/Minimum Qualifications

  • 11+ years experience in working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation
o OR Bachelor's Degree AND 8+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation
o OR Master's Degree AND 7+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation
o OR equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years experience making recommendations to and/or collaborating with mid-to-senior level executives.
  • 6+ years experience closing large, complex agreements/deals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 11+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation
o Master's Degree AND 9+ years experience working in an industry (e.g., Financial Services, Retail, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Energy, Government, Education, Technology) and/or driving digital transformation
o OR equivalent experience.

Strategic Account Management IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $106,100 - $185,400 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $144,000 - $203,500 per year.
