Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations to potential clients
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate logistic services
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and goals
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and manage customer information
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business development opportunities
- Negotiate logistics pricing and terms of agreements with customers
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
Skills:
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients
- Proven experience in logistic sales
- Excellent sales skills with the ability to effectively communicate product features and benefits
- Ability to analyze logistics market data and trends to identify potential business opportunities
- Experience in outside sales, including prospecting and cold calling
- Strong business development skills with the ability to identify and pursue new leads
