As we continue to expand our operations, we are seeking a People & Operations Manager to join us and serve as a liaison between Operations, HR, and Sales.. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of experience in HR , Sales, and/or Operational roles, preferably within a digital marketing agency environment, although such experience is not mandatory. The People & Operations Manager will play a critical role in supporting various aspects of HR, operations, and administrative functions to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of our organization.
Responsibilities:
- Support HR processes, including payroll administration, benefits management, and employee record-keeping.
- Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires and departing employees.
Assist in maintaining compliance with HR policies, procedures, and regulations.
Assist in HR Functions:
Sales Operations Management:
Oversee inbound lead routing and tracking. Ensure consistency in CRM input, Asana tracking, and consistency of presale requests.
- Prepare a detailed weekly forecast report on incoming business, tracking potential revenue and staffing impact.
- Create and manage an internal RFP repository for our organization to quickly and accurately respond to external requests.
- Assist in creating and maintaining sales standard operating procedures to provide consistency in presale.
- Assist in the proposal process using Proposify & help with proposal/system maintenance.
- Act as an intermediary between teams & executive leadership team to provide consistency and aid in prioritization.
- Manage expense reporting and reimbursement processes, ensuring accuracy and timely reimbursement for employees.
- Monitor and track company expenses, identifying opportunities for cost-saving initiatives.
- Coordinate company events, meetings, and team-building activities, including logistics, scheduling, and vendor management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of events and initiatives.
- Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communications.
- Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in HR and/or operational roles, with exposure to digital marketing agency environments being advantageous.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and familiarity with HRIS and accounting software platforms.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
