Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services to elementary through high school students under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Implement treatment plans developed by the supervising SLP, targeting specific speech and language goals
- Conduct individual or group therapy sessions, as appropriate, to improve students' communication skills
- Collaborate with the school staff, parents, and other professionals to develop and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Document student progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Attend team meetings and contribute to the development and implementation of intervention strategies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid SLPA license
