Hours of work: Full-time, Part-time
Annual salary: $70,000 – $150,000 a year (including commissions)
What you'll do:
· Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet sales goals.
· Set clear sales goals and targets for the team.
· Lead, motivate, and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales objectives.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met with the highest standards of service.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends, forecast future sales, and adapt strategies as needed.
· Collaborate closely with the marketing team to generate leads and enhance business opportunities.
· Stay updated on immigration policies and consulting trends, organizing staff training as necessary.
· Oversee negotiations with clients and close important sales deals.
What you bring:
· For bachelor's degree holders: Minimum of 3 years of experience in related fields such as immigration program management, immigration services, or customer service, with a focus on sales.
· For diploma holders: Minimum of 5 years of experience in related fields such as immigration program management, immigration services, or customer service, with a focus on sales.
· Fluency in both Mandarin and English.
· Strong communication and negotiation skills.
· Ability to work independently while being part of a team.
· Demonstrated initiative, with a proactive approach to considering the clients' perspective.
· Willingness to exceed job responsibilities, delivering services beyond expectations.
· Ability to act quickly and effectively in urgent or complex situations.
