Job Description
The Account Executive plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and building lasting relationships with clients at Microhabitat. As an integral part of the sales team, you will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals, and ensuring the successful implementation of urban farming projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and expand Microhabitat's customer base.
- Identify and prospect potential clients within target industries, leveraging various channels such as networking, referrals, and cold outreach.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and consultations with clients to understand their requirements and propose tailored rooftop garden solutions.
- Prepare and present compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate Microhabitat's value proposition and benefits to clients.
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing structures in alignment with company guidelines and client expectations.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including project management and design, to ensure seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain ongoing communication and cultivate strong relationships with clients to drive customer retention and upsell opportunities.
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
Qualifications:
- 2-5 years Account Executive experience
- Strong consultative selling skills, with the ability to understand client needs and articulate value propositions effectively.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities, with a focus on building long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving revenue growth and exceeding targets.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
