Overview:
We are seeking highly motivated bilingual sales representatives to join our mobile wireless sales team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales growth through effective direct sales and marketing strategies and product knowledge.

Duties:
- Meeting potential customers directly face to face and provide a welcoming experience in a bilingual environment in residential and business communities answering questions, addressing concerns and driving sales
- Utilize basic math skills to operate our crm mobile sales tool for debit/credit cards.
- Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of sales and upselling techniques to maximize sales potential.
- Maintain a positive work environment in office and in the field
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of products and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer concerns and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Collaborate with management to achieve sales goals and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Supervise and support other sales team members to ensure a high level of customer service and sales performance.

Qualifications:
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (or other languages relevant to the position) required
- No sales experience is required, we full train you
- Above average communication and interpersonal skills is required in Spanish and English
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Above average problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively.
- A passion for sales and a commitment to meeting or exceeding sales goals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $900.00 - $1,200.00 per week
