LOGISTICS SALES AGENT (W2, On-Site)

Job Title: Logistics Sales Agent (W2, On-Site)

Location: Near SMU (Southern Methodist University), DFW

Company: Transcend LGX

Preferred Hours: Flexible, between 8AM to 9AM arrival until 3 PM (In-person)

Pay: $17.5 to $22/hour + Commission, based on experience and performance, 30-40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain a book of business, identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities.

• Develop and manage client relationships in the transportation sector.

• Negotiate rates and secure freight brokerage contracts.

• Coordinate dispatching and tracking of shipments to ensure timely delivery.

• Provide exceptional customer service and address client concerns effectively.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in logistics sales, 3PL, and transportation.

• Strong negotiation and communication skills.

• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated with a drive to achieve sales targets.

• Previous experience in freight brokerage or a related field is an advantage.

• Preferred that you have your own book of business or highly motivated to build one.
