Position Title: Pharmaceutical Sales Representative (Temporary/Seasonal)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Pharmaceutical Sales Representative on a temporary/seasonal basis. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals within a designated territory. The temporary/seasonal nature of this position offers a unique opportunity to gain valuable sales experience in the pharmaceutical industry while contributing to our mission of improving patient care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and other key decision-makers.
- Effectively communicate the features and benefits of our pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals, addressing their needs and concerns.
- Conduct product presentations, educational sessions, and promotional events to increase awareness and drive product sales.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate sales reports.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, medical affairs, and customer service, to support sales initiatives and address customer inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all sales and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, life sciences, or a related field.
- Previous sales experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and influence others.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM software.
This is a temporary/seasonal position with the potential for extension based on performance and business needs. For highly skilled candidates, the position offers full-time employment with a competitive compensation package.
