Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in both corporate and leisure markets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
- Attend networking events and trade shows to represent the company and generate leads.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to inform strategic decisions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the transportation or hospitality industry.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
