We are hiring a Marketing Manager, Acquisitions. This position will work a hybrid schedule requiring the candidate to work in the office as needed as well as from home.

Job Purpose:

The Marketing Manager will lead the acquisition programs and campaigns that generate sales and marketing qualified leads for our coaching, membership, and training products.

Job Summary:

The Marketing Manager is responsible for developing the company’s marketing plans to drive growth for new customer acquisition as well as the execution of campaigns and creation of content that supports demand generation and movement through the marketing-sales funnel driving to revenue growth.

Duties: (Additional Duties May Be Added As Needed)

  • Develop comprehensive marketing strategies and plans aligned with sales goals for coaching, membership levels, certifications, and student training courses.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns targeting lead generation, lead nurturing, funnel stages, sales promotions, buyer personas, and brand awareness.
  • Acquire leads through various channels and nurture them into marketing qualified leads (MQLs) for the sales team.
  • Project manage tactical marketing deliverables to support all marketing promotions and initiatives.
  • Write compelling marketing messaging, value props and materials tailored to specific target audiences and buyer personas in various formats including email and social media copy, advertisements, content marketing, sales tools, and promotional content to engage target audiences.
  • Supervise and mentor direct reports.
  • Collaborate with sales operations to devise monthly marketing acquisition and promotional strategies, including pricing, promotion timeframes, and positioning strategies.
  • Coordinate pricing strategies and generate discounts to drive sales and promotions effectively.
  • Generate demand for free trials, consultations, and other sales conversions to drive revenue.
  • Implement strategies to upgrade and cross-sell, current customers to increase customer lifetime value and win back former customers.
  • Led joint marketing and sales campaigns, onsite representation, and follow-up initiatives from onsite and virtual events.
  • Establish benchmarks and measurable goals to evaluate the impact, frequency, and engagement of marketing initiatives, analyze data to report on effectiveness, design tests for optimization, and provide regular reports on KPIs, adjusting strategies for increased efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Produce marketing materials to support the launch of new product and solution offerings.
  • Identify market opportunities, industry trends, and conduct competitive analysis, including SWOT analysis, to enhance product marketability, profitability, and inform target audience identification, market trends, and competitive positioning.

  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and present information effectively.
  • Team Player: Excel in team environments, demonstrating exceptional interpersonal skills and a supportive attitude towards colleagues. Able to engage in group presentations, interact with internal stakeholders, and collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Prioritizing and Organizing Work: Act as a self-starter who motivates and energizes others within the team.

Education and/or Experience

  • BA/BS degree.
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience.
  • 3+ years of experience with lead generation, lead journey to drive sales acquisition.
  • Experience in the real estate industry, B2B or B2C industry or subscription-based model.
  • Experience leading a team and managing direct reports.
  • Proven experience analyzing data to drive campaign decisions.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office suite.
  • Experience working with marketing automation software, CRM and analytics tools, a big plus.
