Reports to Director of Account Management
We are looking for a talented Account Executive who thrives in a fast- paced work environment. This role develops relationships with mid-size to major customers to increase revenue. Pursues relationships with accounts and identifies business opportunities to increase product sales profitability. As a customer centric account executive, this person drives retention and growth among customers by understanding their business needs and helping them succeed. Account Executives have detailed knowledge of products and services offered and ensures that products and services consistently meet customer needs. Maintains a cadence of communicating with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and promote ongoing product renewals. Advises internal teams on product and service improvements/suggestions based on customer feedback. Provides sales quotes and responds to requests for proposals.
Responsibilities
Deliver this Outcome:
- Completes Business Reviews at assigned account to ensure maximum SKU growth at JRW accounts and full customer retention.
- Sales revenue and profitability growth targets at assigned accounts
- Overall customer need thru various solutions such as partnership agreements.
- Completes Business Reviews with assigned accounts.
By performing these tasks:
- Facilitate and maintain strong relationships with assigned accounts. Is the SME on accounts buying needs, behaviors, and upcoming projects for JRW.

Maintains a Healthy Pipeline:
- Discover and map all additional ingredients available at assigned accounts.
- Document and advance agreed upon Business Review initiatives.
- Collaborate with internal and external cross-functional resources for results.
- Proficiency in JRW systems and solutions
- Strong knowledge and understanding of JRW core competencies, capabilities, and systems.

- Meet and exceed account Retention, revenue, and main goals
- Territory growth and retention of assigned accounts
- Effective and timely Business Reviews to ensure JRW has the most updated item need and usage forecasts.
JRW Requirements
- Office Based with 50 % Travel
- Communicating with others to convey information effectively to include documentation of activity in company CRM.
- Active listening - giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times.
- Judgment and decision making - considering the relative costs and benefits of potential actions to choose the most appropriate one.

Experience & Education
- Minimum of4-7 years of formal customer facing account management or similar role required
- Proficiency in standard productivity software, particularly Outlook, Excel, and sales order processing applications.
- Proficiency with current Microsoft Suite. CRM and ERPs required.
- Food and Beverage industry experience preferred.
- Bachelors degree
