ROLE:

Legacy Family Life Insurance Agents (Legacy Agents) present and sell Final Expense Life Insurance. They sell life insurance to new outbound and/or inbound prospects. Legacy Agents manage their own pipeline of life insurance prospects. They are also an essential component of our customer experience. Legacy Agents understand that they are more than “Sales”, they are the first impression a prospect will get of Legacy Family Life and thus they must be professional, an effective communicator, and excellent at building rapport. They are also motivated by helping our clients protect their families through our products. Legacy Agents understand that the sales process itself is a choreographed experience that should have the customer begging to buy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
  • Move all prospects to the proper stage of the pipeline via Legacy CRM throughout the day
  • Maintain a clear, up to date and accurate pipeline in our CRM
  • Follow up diligently and consistently with potential clients over extended periods of time
  • Document all interactions with all Life Insurance prospects and clients in the “notes” section of Legacy CRM, escalating to the Support team as needed
  • Educate prospects on our products from an expert perspective
  • Available weekdays from 9 am-6 pm EST to take calls
  • Attend at least 1 Daily Google Meet Call per day
  • Use both internal and external resources to maintain up to date knowledge of our products and industry
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to formulate ideas on how to best serve our clients
  • Be mindful of any emerging patterns of negative feedback from Final Expense Clients and report to the Sales Manager
  • Quickly escalate clients as needed through Customer Success Manager

RESULTS:

  • All prospects are properly moved in Legacy CRM and information is documented on client details so service staff has proper expectations by End of Day
  • A close rate of 5-7% of Final Expense Leads received per month is maintained as a New Agent
  • A close rate of 9-12% of Final Expense Leads received per month is maintained as a Senior Agent
  • All qualified prospects are consistently followed up with indefinitely
  • There is an effective line of communication between the Legacy Agent and the Sales Manager and CSM in which all necessary information is communicated in a timely manner
  • Legacy Agent remains well versed in the latest Final Expense Life Insurance product offerings through continued education/trainings
  • All internal communication cycles are properly followed

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Efficient with CRM and technology platforms
  • Good over the phone with business to consumer (B2C) sales
  • Active Life Insurance License (By Set Start Date)
  • Ability to make 250-300 dials per week-day
  • Minimum of 3-5 Final Expense presentations per week-day
  • Ability to work 50-60 hours per week during the first 90 days for starting
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be great at presenting
  • Excellent at building rapport
  • Open to learning new processes in sales
  • Take life insurance and client needs very seriously
  • Are routine driven
  • Open to growing rapidly
  • Self-sufficient and able to properly manage one’s own time
  • Well organized and able to maintain a pipeline that can be observed and understood by the Sales Manager

ON TARGET EARNINGS:

$80,000-$130,000

Pay: $60,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
