Our Sales Representative will have the opportunity to work with our top clients by showing reputableand reliable performance. The Sales Representative team works closely with our customer service and sales teams to ensure every customer is left satisfied. Our focus is to assure our clients that we are maximizing our customer base, boosting sales by conducting market research and improving business strategies. Our Sales Representatives must establish the principles of exceptional customer service, superior sales strategies, and above all, unprecedented problem-solving abilities.
Sales Representative Responsibilities:
- Work with the customer service team by assisting customers and their desired needs of service, troubleshooting issues, and resolving concerns and any service questions.
- Increase sales by overturning objections and upselling products when applicable.
- Maintain customer satisfaction by developing genuine relationships with current and new customers.
- Conduct market research, as well as weekly and monthly sales data to ensure that our company is constantly increasing profit margins and customer acquisition.
- Work within all departments as the liaison between them and the client to convey information, ensure comprehension, and make certain everything gets done in an accurate, efficient manner.
- Participate and attend client meetings keeping up on trends, changes, and competitor actions that might affect their client.
Sales Representative Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED is ideal
- Proven experience working with clients in person, managing customer relationships, driving sales, or managing a diverse team
- Background in a sales-driven environment is preferred but not required.
- The ability to negotiate, exhibit a positive demeanor, and work under pressure is key.
- Adaptability and flexibility in an ever-changing environment
- Empathetic, professional, and charismatic
- Proficiency in working in a fast past, sales-driven environment
- The capability of developing and maintaining long-lasting professional relationships
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,924.12 - $52,897.86 per year
