  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of their client's products or services to provide accurate information, drive sales, and assist in optimizing marketing campaigns
  • Uphold company policies, procedures, and ethical standards consistently
  • Attend training sessions and company meetings to stay informed on product knowledge, sales techniques, and company policies
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to monitor sales, marketing contributions, and performance metrics

Requirements for the Marketing and Sales Representative:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous customer service or related experience preferred but not mandatory
  • Demonstrated interpersonal skills
  • Adaptability to navigate changing customer needs and sales and marketing requirements
  • Strong time management and organizational abilities to efficiently handle multiple customer inquiries
  • Commitment to adhering to company policies, industry regulations, and standards
