Job Description:

As a Chemist Spirits: Sales Representative, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in select markets. You will represent and promote our brand with the same dedication and artistry that goes into crafting our spirits.

Responsibilities:

  • Top-level Communication: Maintain accurate reporting and transparent communication to drive the success of our brand.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate existing customer relationships and establish rapport with new customers who share our passion.
  • Sales Presentations: Craft compelling sales presentations tailored to the unique qualities of our spirits.
  • Market Expertise: Stay well-versed in the latest sales trends and business practices within your assigned territory.
  • Flexibility: Embrace a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, to support sales efforts, conduct staff trainings, participate in brand activation events, and host tastings during peak hours.
  • Itinerary Planning: Develop and execute a productive itinerary for visiting your markets.
  • Sales Targets: Achieve objectives for product distribution, case goals, and new account targets in your territory.
  • CRM Management: Effectively manage company CRM management software and leverage data to hit goals and grow market share.

Qualifications:

  • Age: Must be 21 years of age.
  • Experience: 1+ years of sales experience or a combination of education of experience.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Skills: Excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and a high level of motivation.
  • Team Player: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and collaborate effectively with minimal supervision.
  • Spirits Knowledge: Possess above-average knowledge of craft spirits.
  • Sales Skills: Confidence in cold calling and a relentless drive to open new accounts.
  • Goal-Oriented: Ability to set and achieve targets and diligently track your achievements.
  • Communication: Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience: Previous supplier or wholesaler relations experience preferred.
  • Travel: Occasional overnight travel may be required.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Google Suite, Slack, Zoom and PowerPoint.
  • Physical Requirements: Be able to perform periodic and repetitive lifting of up to 50 pounds.
  • Driver's License: Must possess a valid driver's license, a reliable vehicle, and a responsible Motor Vehicle Record (MVR).
  • Reliable Transportation: This position requires traveling across large territories. Monthly vehicle allowance provided for vehicle wear and tear.
