We are looking for someone who is a sociable person with an outgoing personality. Someone who can act as the primary business contact for the client and assist with account, relationship and sales management. They will be expected to consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts as well as represent customer needs and objectives within the organization to ensure quality.

We are hiring people with experience in customer service and/or sales. We are fully trained, so no experience in our industry is required. Bilingual Sales Representative Responsibilities:

Manage sales and customer accounts in a retail environment.
Work with new and existing customers requesting information on service promotions.
Maintain a solid knowledge of all products, prices and competitive offers.
Provide excellent customer service.
Attend training sessions to increase product knowledge and develop customer service skills.
Forward and escalate queries to relevant people and departments.
Identify client needs and maintain confidentiality of information.
