We require an Inside Sales Representative with exceptional telephone sales skills (with some outside sales calls when required) to not only excel in direct sales and account management, but also to play a pivotal role in our growth.

Your Mission:
In addition to your core responsibilities of building new business relationships, strengthening buyer connections, collaborating with clients, and providing outstanding customer service, you will also have a critical role in our reporting process. You'll be responsible for:
- Documenting your sales activities and interactions in our CRM & Email system.
- Generating comprehensive sales activity reports that highlight key insights and performance metrics.
- Submitting these reports to management on a regular basis.
- Achieving Sales targets
What We're Looking For:
- Proven proficiency in direct sales, with at least 2 years of successful business-to-business sales experience.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, energetic setting.
- Outstanding communication skills that enable you to connect with clients and internal teams effectively. (must be fluent in English)
- A self-starter who can work independently and demonstrates strong organizational skills.
- A natural competitor with unwavering persistence and a commitment to delivering results.
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and persuasive abilities that influence and motivate buyers.
- Strong aptitude for sales techniques and closing skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and reporting processes (experience with CRM systems is a plus, but not mandatory).
