We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and objectives.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
  • Lead sales initiatives by identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client expectations.
  • Utilize Salesforce to track account activity, manage leads, and report on sales performance.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on account status, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in account management or a related field with a strong sales background.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage clients effectively.
  • Strong leadership qualities that inspire teamwork and drive results.
  • Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing client relationships.
  • Ability to negotiate effectively and close deals while maintaining positive client relations.
  • Analytical mindset with the capability to assess market conditions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$150,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week

Additional pay:

  • Bonus pay
  • Commission pay

Schedule:

  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekends as needed

Education:

  • Secondary School (preferred)

Experience:

  • B2B sales: 1 year (required)

Language:

  • English (required)
