- We are seeking a Customer Success Manager who can cultivate lasting customer relationships, advocating for their needs and ensuring satisfaction.
- Resolve inquiries swiftly, delivering personalized experiences and adhering to agreements.
- Drive successful deployment of 3DS solutions, ensuring they meet or exceed expectations.
- Implement strategies for engagement and satisfaction within online communities.
- Mediate conflicts and provide timely solutions to member concerns.
- Collaborate closely with professional services, product management, support, and sales teams.
- Maintain meticulous project data accuracy to facilitate solution convergence and mitigate risks.
- Develop and deliver Customer Success Services as outlined in contracts and service offers.
- Hold yourself accountable for flawless execution of service level agreements.
- Bridge Out of the Box (OOTB) gaps to ensure timely go-live.
- Handle business escalations adeptly through holistic situation assessment and resolution.
- Masterfully manage tasks and oversee multiple projects, navigating internal and external constraints.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in a relevant field.
- 2 to 8 years of successful software deployment experience preferred.
- Background in customer deployment and/or R&D is advantageous.
- Experience with 3DS software and knowledge of 3DExperience are pluses.
- Familiarity with SaaS environments and social media/community management tools is desirable.
- Customer-centric mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Proficiency in business value, process acumen, and project implementation.
- Demonstrated perfect execution profile and understanding of 3DS company operations.
- Knowledge of sales, services, R&D, and support processes/tools.
- Ability to capitalize on knowledge, manage change, and communicate effectively.
- Understanding of business processes is beneficial.
