Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth through strategic planning and effective project management. The ideal candidate will possess strong negotiation skills and a deep understanding of customer relationship management to successfully navigate the market landscape.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create strategic plans that align with company goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools to manage leads, track progress, and report on sales activities.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals while ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
  • Participate in industry events and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and establish connections.

Experience

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Strong understanding of strategic planning, project management, and customer relationship management principles.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and achieving targets.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.91 - $19.45 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay
  • Yearly bonus
