  • Coordinate with various internal departments (e.g., finance, operations) to gather necessary information for proposals.

Sales Process Optimization:

  • Identify and recommend process improvements to streamline sales operations and increase efficiency.
  • Support the sales team with data entry, CRM updates, and reporting tasks.
  • Assist in organizing and scheduling sales meetings, including preparation of agendas and follow-up actions.

Identifying Company Targets:

  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients within target industries and sectors relevant to janitorial services.
  • Analyze industry trends, competitor activity, and geographic data to build and maintain a list of high-potential targets.
  • Use CRM software to log identified targets and ensure that appropriate follow-up actions are assigned to the sales team.

Cold Calling to Identify Client Information:

  • Initiate outbound cold calls to potential clients to gather key decision-maker information, company needs, and qualification details.
  • Develop and maintain scripts and talking points to ensure productive conversations that uncover client requirements and opportunities.
  • Update CRM with detailed notes on conversations, including contact information and business needs, and assign relevant follow-up actions to the sales team.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field preferred.

Experience: 2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role, preferably in a B2B environment.

Skills:
