We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Membership Sales professional to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and customer service, with a focus on promoting and selling memberships to potential clients.
Responsibilities:
- Engage with potential customers to promote and sell membership packages
- Provide exceptional customer service to all clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell additional services or products
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for attracting new members
- Attend networking events or trade shows to promote membership offerings
Experience:
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Ability to utilize technology for sales presentations and customer management
- Proficiency in basic math for processing transactions and calculating discounts
- Experience in upselling or cross-selling products or services is a plus
- Excellent organizational skills to manage leads and follow-ups efficiently
- Prior experience in technical sales, jewelry sales, or stock sales is beneficial
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated customer service skills with a focus on building relationships
