Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and developing strategic plans to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in business development, sales, and project management, with a keen understanding of customer relationship management tools.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve company goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure profitable deals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development efforts with overall company strategy.
  • Utilize Salesforce and other software tools for effective tracking of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Manage projects from inception through execution, ensuring timely delivery of results.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a related industry.
  • Experience in the outdoor furniture industry is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present ideas clearly.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
