Job Description

Freelance and Free Training Provided

Atop Regional Sales Representative will aim to meet and exceed sales goals as well as support the strategic initiatives. Our professional sales representative will promote and sell our dental equipment and supplies to dental offices, dental groups, dental schools and other dental institutions. This role is to grow our current customer base as well as prospecting/sourcing new customers within the territory. In addition, this role will be required to attend local, regional and national trade shows as needed.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Achieve and exceed sales quotas
  • Travel throughout assigned territory visiting regular and prospective customers to solicit orders, or contact customers by phone/internet to schedule introductory appointments
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with both Atop and key customers by direct selling activities.
  • Develop and present business plans and promotions to customer base that drives results.
  • Attend trade shows and coordinate/conduct appropriate dealer training sessions.
  • Effectively uses CRM to properly manage sales opportunities within the territory.
  • Work with large group dental practices and institutional accounts.
  • TRAINING will be provided on our Equipments to support your sales.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years sales experience
  • Dental or medical device sales preferred-we really want to hear from you

Abilities:

  • Sales Skills- High level sales skills with a successful track record
  • Organizational Skills – Effective planning and prioritization
  • Teamwork- Ability to work closely with other team members if needed
  • Communication- Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strategic- Ability to make decisions with consideration to business impact

Travel

  • Travelling to Dental offices
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Must have own vehicle

Compensation

  • No base salary, high commission
  • Work on your own time
  • Training will be provided
