Duties:
- Engage with customers to promote and sell products or services
- Provide exceptional customer service before and after the sale
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits
- Assist customers with inquiries, purchases, and issue resolution
- Utilize technical knowledge to explain product specifications
- Maintain a clean and organized sales environment
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills
- Proficiency in English
- Experience in wireless or technical sales preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Basic math skills for transactions and calculations
- Ability to manage time effectively to meet sales goals
- Experience in conducting product demonstrations is advantageous
