Job Description

Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team! We are a local farm that delivers Pasture Raised Beef, Pork and Chicken directly to customer doorstep. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for set up and take down of our booth at Farmer's Markets and a few other festivals & shows, promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, meeting sales targets, and contributing to the growth of our company. We are in Farmer's Markets from Wednesday through Sunday. We have 2 markets on Wednesday and 2 on Sunday, so those are priority days that we need covered. We also are needing to fill a packing role, which can be done on Monday or Tuesday's and Wednesday's and is about 10-15 hours per week. Ideally we would find someone who would like to do the packing role and farmers markets a few days a week and another who is doing most of the farmers markets. Our warehouse is in Marysville, so the packing role would be here and picking up the product and supplies for farmers markets would start here each day. We will have a couple group interviews times to help with time efficiency.

Duties: - Identify and prospect potential customers through various channels - lift 50-75 lb ice chests in and out of vehicle before and after market - showcase the features and benefits of our offerings - provide exceptional customer service - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to build rapport and establish trust with clients - Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets - Strong negotiation and closing skills - We would love to hear from you!

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,250.00 per week

Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
