Job Title: Sales Assistant

Primary Job Function:

The Sales Assistant serves as an extension of the Sales Manager, enhancing the efficiency and productivity of the Sales Department. This role supports sales initiatives, streamlines operations, provides administrative assistance, coordinates sales activities, and fosters effective communication within the team to achieve departmental goals.

Essential Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead Management and Assignment:

  • Assign and track residential leads efficiently to maximize sales opportunities and ensure a balanced workload for the sales team.

Commercial Sales Support and Documentation:

  • Oversee all commercial paperwork, including Certificates of Insurance (COIs) and bid bond processes, ensuring compliance and timely submissions.

Resource and Template Management:

  • Maintain, update, and customize templates, sales-related materials, and presentations by location to meet the specific needs of the sales team.

Training and Target Market Coordination:

  • Schedule and manage vendor/partner training sessions. Identify and scope target marketing areas to optimize sales team performance and strategic focus.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage documents, assignments, and materials with precision.
  • Organized: Strong multitasking and project management capabilities.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficient in G-Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM tools.
