JOB SUMMARY
We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic B2B Sales Representative to join our B2B demand generation team. As a Senior Sales Rep, you will be responsible for selling LeadGen services to new potential customers.
You will receive pre-qualified leads to follow-up via GenSales marketing efforts.
In this role, you will need to have:
- Expert knowledge and use of Hubspot CRM Software for Sales
- Excellent presentation and closing skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude
- Emotional intelligence with the ability to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically.
- A High level of motivation, with a strong work ethic and a hunger for success
RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to identify opportunities for upsells and cross-sells.
Meet or exceed sales targets by presenting and selling products and services to existing customers.
Collaborate with the Customer Success and Account Management teams to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities within the Hubspot CRM
Stay up to date with industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions to customers.
Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
Become a subject matter expert and educate the market on how to do B2B demand generation successfully.
REQUIREMENTS
5+ years of experience as a Sales Executive, Account Executive or Account Manager in a B2B sales environment
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.

COMPENSATION (Salary, Commissions & Bonuses)
Total Compensation Range = $90,000 - $120,000 consisting of:
Annual Salary: $50,000
PLUS Commissions:
- 6% on incremental new business revenue for initial term of contract
- 3% thereafter and on renewals
