Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving growth and expanding our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in business development, project management, and customer relationship management. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and enhancing our sales processes to achieve company objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market to drive growth.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market penetration and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
  • Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and generating reports.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
  • Lead project management initiatives related to business development activities, ensuring timely execution and delivery.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development or a related field.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for strategic planning.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour

Additional pay:
