Overview

Please note: This is a dule role with two separate location requirments. (Bellevue and Ballard)

The Fulfilment and Retail Assistant is directly responsible for assisting US inventory fulfilment and providing customer service in our Retail Store. As a Retail Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations within the store. Your role is crucial in ensuring customers have a positive shopping experience, driving sales, maintaining store presentation, contributing to a welcoming and inclusive environment. You will work closely with the team to achieve targets, promote products and support with building a customer-centric environment.

Within the Fulfilment aspect of the role, you will support stock control across the US Warehouse and associated holdings for Online Partners/Department Stores. You will facilitate inbound/outbound freight across our network and support the respective department store compliance needs.

Responsibilities

Inventory & Fulfilment Integrity

  • Adhere to daily KPIs and dispatch timeframes in fulfilling both eCommerce and dropship orders, escalating issues to Director of Operations & ESG, and facilitating package pick up
  • Support wholesale indent order fulfilment to department stores and boutiques, including isolating indents in advance as POs arrive
  • Support inventory unload and shelving for incoming shipments, including using a pallet jack, scanning stock, and shelving per category
  • Consolidate stock on shelves to maximize warehouse capacity whilst maintaining inventory integrity
  • Follow SOP guidelines and compliance frameworks (including barcodes, packaging, PO shipments)
  • Isolate stock with broken boxes and re-label through Avery and printing
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders in supporting efficient stocktakes for the store and warehouse
  • Have a strong attention to detail in sharing accurate numbers in various inventory reports
  • Support the Director of Operations & ESG in identifying and implementing systems and control procedures to maximise stock control and minimise stock leakage
  • Play an active role in investigating and resolving stock issues in the IMS as appropriate
  • Provide additional project support relating to inventory, QC and fulfilment where required
  • Work closely with the Fulfilment and Customer Care Coordinator and Director of Operations & ESG to shift stock between virtual locations to maintain the integrity of the product holdings
  • Transfer, adjust and close stock orders within the inventory management software

Stakeholder Relationships

  • Foster positive working relationships across the business with Customer Care- Retail – Marketing – Wholesale – Design – Planning – Supply Chain
  • Work closely with external suppliers including UPS, Fedex and other logistics companies
  • Positively contribute to team meetings and actively partake in cross-collaboration projects
  • Facilitate accurate weekly and monthly reports to internal stakeholders
  • Support peers in the operational needs of FRANKIE4 activations including SALE and other retail events.

Retail

  • Deliver outstanding customer assistance by warmly greeting and advising customers. Prioritize satisfaction through active listening and personalized solutions, resolving issues with professionalism. Utilize our C.A.R.E model to ensure a seamless shopping experience.
  • Drive sales by understanding product offerings, actively engaging customers, upselling where appropriate, and meeting store sales targets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all store products, including features, benefits, and current promotions, and communicate this information clearly to customers.
  • Action visual merchandising direction with care, ensuring the store is always clean, organized, and visually appealing. Assist with restocking shelves and ensuring accurate stock counts. Notify management of any stock discrepancies.
  • Follow loss prevention protocols and procedures to minimize theft, damage, and losses within the store.
  • Efficiently manage transactions using the store’s POS system, handling payment and returns accurately.
  • Work closely with fellow team members to maintain a positive work environment, contributing to teamwork and the overall success of the store.
  • Ensure that health and safety guidelines are adhered to, reporting any concerns to the Store Manager.

  • Strong understanding of Microsoft Excel, Cin7+, Portals, EDI systems and Shopify.
  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred but not essential.
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining a friendly and approachable manner.
  • Enthusiastic about achieving and exceeding targets, with a positive attitude towards delivering strong Key Performance Indicators.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
