JOB DESCRIPTION:
We are seeking a seasoned and results-driven Sales Representative to join our dynamic sales team. As an experienced professional, you will play a key role in driving new business and expanding our customer base within a growing, innovative organization. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales, exceptional communication skills, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets across our diverse range of service offerings. As a Sales Representative with our team, you will collaborate with a high-performing, supportive team in a fast-paced, rewarding environment, contributing directly to the continued success and growth of the company.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the commercial, multi-family, or HOA property sectors. Utilize various channels, including; cold calling, networking events, existing relationships, and online platforms, to generate leads and build a robust opportunity pipeline.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and provide tailored service solutions. Understand clients' unique needs and challenges to provide solutions that align with our service offerings.
Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to showcase DCPS's services and value propositions. Clearly articulate the benefits of working with DCPS in the various fleet of services the company provides.
Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including operations and marketing, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Collaborate with internal teams and Division Managers to create detailed and customized proposals that address the specific requirements of prospective clients.
Negotiations & Closing: Close deals and achieve sales targets within specified timelines.
Reporting: Learn and effectively utilize DCPS’s proprietary systems, software, and tools to streamline sales processes, track client interactions, and enhance service delivery. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline status within CRM system.
COMPENSATION:
1st year compensation: $125,000 - $175,000 DOE, including base salary and commissions
QUALIFICATIONS:
· 3+ years experience in B2B sales in the property services or construction industries
· Proficient in CRM platforms and Microsoft Office Suite with the ability to learn and navigate DCPS’ additional tools and platforms
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
· Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
· Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
· Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.
· Willingness to travel locally within the assigned territory.
